How does the flavoring work?
Our devices are flavorless by default for a clean experience. You add flavor with an interchangeable pod system using the Legura and BRE-Z.
Is this a subscription? What are the ongoing costs?
There are no ongoing costs. CAPNOS is a reusable, one-time purchase designed to save you money compared to the endless cycle of buying disposable vapes or pods. You buy the base once, and it can be used indefinitely.
Are any purchases final sale?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We process orders within 1 business day. U.S. shipping takes up to 5-7 business days and international shipping is 7-12 business days. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
