CAPNOS Impact 2025
This page contains the full and complete overview of CAPNOS Impact in 2025. It reflects what we built, learned, and shared throughout the year alongside the global CAPNOS community.
In 2025, thousands of people chose a calmer next step. Since launching CAPNOS, more than 60,000 people have used our products as part of their quit journey. This year alone, 9,619 people took that step with us.
These numbers represent real attempts, real resets, and real progress. They also reflect trust, something we do not take lightly.
Our Shared Impact
People supported in 2025. Some for the first time. Some after trying again. Quitting is rarely linear, and success looks different for everyone. What matters most is access to support when it is needed.
Around the World
CAPNOS was used in more than 140 countries in 2025. From different cultures, routines, and time zones, people shared one intention: to feel better and breathe easier.
Most Loved This Year: Legura
Legura was chosen consistently throughout the year for its balance, simplicity, and reliability. Feedback showed that familiarity and routine matter just as much as intention when people are trying to quit.
Built With the Community
In 2025, we introduced the Tropical Fruit Cap Pack. This release came directly from community feedback. Reviews, messages, and conversations shaped the final result.
Research, Pilots, and Presence
Throughout 2025, CAPNOS began research studies and pilot programs focused on understanding what supports long-term behavior change safely and responsibly.
We also spent time outside the lab and office. Brendan Wang attended events to share the CAPNOS story, learn from partners, and listen directly to communities shaping the future of harm reduction.
From the Community
Genuinely love this. I have been a smoker for 17 years. CAPNOS gave me the hand to mouth motion and lung pull I needed. I am now 40 days without smoking or vaping.

Closing the Year
CAPNOS Impact 2025 reflects a year of learning, listening, and steady progress. Whether someone quit, tried again, supported a loved one, or simply stayed curious, this work exists because people continue choosing better days.
